This policy applies to the HedgieLabs marketing site (hedgielabs.com). The product services such as Order Dashboard (dashboard.hedgielabs.com) operate behind a login and are covered by their own policy.

Information we collect
This site uses no sign-up forms and no analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Ordinary browsing alone does not collect information that identifies you.
If you contact us by email, we receive and process the email address and message you send.
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) may temporarily process access logs (IP address, request time, and similar) for security and reliable operation.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and to keep the site secure and operational.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted without undue delay.
Access logs are processed and retained according to the hosting provider's policy.
Processing entrusted overseas
To operate the service, we entrust the following processing to an external provider overseas (PIPA Articles 26 and 28-8).
Overseas processor: Vercel Inc. (privacy@vercel.com) · Task: website hosting and infrastructure operation · Country: United States · Items: access logs (IP address, request time, and similar) · When and how: continuous network transmission when you visit the site · Retention: per the hosting provider's log policy.
You may object to the overseas transfer via the contact above, though the site cannot practically operate without it.
Our agreement requires the processor to keep personal data secure, and we will announce any change of processor through this policy.
Safeguards
We apply the measures required under PIPA Article 29, including HTTPS encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and access control on the inquiry mailbox.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We do not provide it to third parties except where required by law.
Your rights
Under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, a halt to the processing of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data.
